I base my journey from my home in San Jose. Sometimes my journey includes just a nightly walk, but other times, it involves exhilarating home workouts for both added calorie burning and muscle building. My vlog covers not only my journey, but the mentality and focus needed that keeps me progressing forward. Thank you for being a part of the journey!
As a child in my early teens I was quite active in participating in my local little league baseball and soccer. However; I wasn't always a healthy eater. After some setbacks in my health, I began educating myself and networking with those in both the nutrition and fitness industries. I have also since built up a small but effective home gym that includes a adjustable bench, both 10 and 15 pound dumbbells, 10 pound kettlebells and both elastic bands and a cordless Bluetooth jump rope. Since starting this journey, I have lost 40 pounds and gained better conditioning. My new found passion for fitness is based on living life to its fullest.
